Someone Attempted to Trademark Bitcoin Again

Marvin Dennis of East London attempted to file a trademark claim over Bitcoin on Nov. 5th, full application seen here. This application is rather… odd though. The filing itself is, yes, for the name Bitcoin, but for usage in the chocolate and confectionery markets, according to its Listing of Goods classification. Its implications for general business and transaction usage is minimal.
