Bitcoin In The Beltway: Washington D.C. Bitcoin Conference June 20th-22nd

Bitcoin conventions and conferences are a great way for locals to network and hear motivating words from industry leaders.  More and more Bitcoin Conferences are happening each and every year and 2014 is no exception.  Jason King of Sean’s Outpost and Elizabeth Ploshay of the Bitcoin Founation are working with a professional event planning company to bring the ‘Bitcoin In The Beltway’ conference to the Marriot Renaissance Hotel in downtown Washington.

Check out their website.
Early Bird ticket registration at the discounted price of $200 ends on January 20th so get your tickets now!  Of course, you should pay in Bitcoin not antiquated fiat and rest assured knowing that 10% of all proceeds will be donated to benefit Sean’s Outpost Homeless Outreach in Pensacola Florida.
Hopefully this convention’s location in Washington D.C. will bring the Bitcoin fire to regulators on the Hill.  Speakers include BitInstant’s Charlie Shrem and Coinsetter’s Jaron Lucasiewicz as well as the event organizers: Jason King and Elizabeth Ploshay.

Hopefully Bitcoin Blogger can make it to the event to provide on-site coverage for the 3-day event as it happens.  Donate to make it happen!
